Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kinesthetic Tactical Solutions (KTS). By accessing our website, booking a course, or participating in any training session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• No firearms license is required. A valid Driver’s License or Government-issued ID is sufficient under Form 33A of the Weapons Act 1990 (QLD).
• KTS reserves the right to refuse service to individuals deemed unfit or non-compliant with safety protocols.
•  Users are expected to use our services in a manner that is lawful and respectful. Any abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited.  
•  We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.  
•   All participants acknowledge that KTS firearms range and training activities conducted are not registered courses or acknowledged by weapons licensing branch Queensland, these firearms activities and training  completed by the individual are not listed in the weapons ACT 1990 in any form as proof of a completed firearms training course and are specifically explained as such in the joining instructions unless the individual successfully completes a unit or units of the Queensland Curse in Firearms and Weapons Safety 11029NAT under RTO 
•  These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Queensland.        

• Full payment is required to secure your booking.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Group bookings and corporate training may be subject to separate terms.

• All participants must follow instructor directions and range safety rules at all times.
• KTS provides all necessary equipment, including firearms, ammunition, PPE, and insurance.
• Any reckless, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
• Alcohol or drug use prior to or during training is strictly prohibited.

• KTS maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all training activities.
• Participants acknowledge that firearms training involves inherent risks and agree to participate at their own discretion.
• KTS is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

• All course materials, training techniques, and content are the intellectual property of KTS.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of materials is prohibited.

• Personal information collected during booking is used solely for course administration and compliance with legal requirements.

• KTS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
