 Welcome to Kinaesthetic training systems. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

 1) Users are expected to use our services in a manner that is lawful and respectful. Any abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited. 

 2) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users. 

 3) These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Queensland. 

 4) We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 

5) All participants acknowledge that KTS firearms range and training activities conducted are not registered courses or acknowledged by weapons licensing branch Queensland, these firearms activities and training  completed by the individual are not listed in the weapons ACT 1990 in any form as proof of a completed firearms training course and are specifically explained as such in the joining instructions unless the individual successfully completes a unit or units of the Queensland Curse in Firearms and Weapons Safety 11029NAT under RTO
